Little Hill villa at Tryall was built by acclaimed architect Robert Hartley in the classic West Indies style. The house is superbly situated on its own hill of more than five acres, surrounded by beautifully kept grounds, and enjoys gentle breezes throughout the year. There are striking 360 degree views of the sea, the forest and the internationally acclaimed golf course. It is also the only villa at Tryall to offer a private tennis court. The villa is built around a 30 foot diameter swimming pool with covered terraces. It is the perfect house for entertaining with seating for twenty-four on a hundred foot long terrace. The house is extremely well furnished with fine linens and china. The villa has a fine eighteenth century cut stone floor and stone staircase leading to the main areas of the villa. The focal point is the cathedral ceilinged living room furnished in blue and white leading to the bar and card room, all with beautiful parquet floors.
