Familiarization Trip
THURSDAY, APRIL 23 - SUNDAY, APRIL 26, 2026
We invite you to join us in Jamaica for an immersive experience showcasing the destination, our partners, and the spirit of true Jamaican hospitality.
TO QUALIFY, YOU MUST BE A GRADUATE OF THE JAMAICA TRAVEL SPECIALIST PROGRAM WITH AT LEAST FIVE (5) RECORDED/VALIDATED BOOKINGS WITHIN THE LAST TWELVE MONTHS.
By applying for this educational trip, you are confirming that you understand and agree to the following conditions:
- Registration covers single occupancy accommodations, all meals, airport transfers, ground transportation, attractions/tours and site inspections
- You are required to provide your own round-trip air to Montego Bay or Ocho Rios.
- Upon completion of the fam trip, you will be refunded the difference in airfare up to a maximum of $200.00 (minimum $30) for tickets costing over $400.00 provided all fam trip terms & conditions are met and receipts are submitted. Allow 6 - 8 weeks for processing. Check will be mailed to the address listed on your registration form.
- The JTB is NOT responsible for accommodations booked outside of the specified fam trip dates and CANNOT assist with securing agent rates during those periods.
- Participants arriving on island prior to the official start of the fam, are responsible for their airport transfer and for making their way to the first accommodation listed on the itinerary on the start date.
- Participants extending their stay on island are responsible for transfers to their post fam accommodations and airport upon departure.
- Participants departing after specified fam dates are NOT eligible for complimentary Club Mobay Departure Services (service is based on availability).
- The JTB is NOT responsible for miscellaneous personal charges, porterage, bar bills, etc.
- Spouses and companions are not permitted on this series.
- This is a working fam trip that requires extensive walking and can be physically demanding at times. Full participation is MANDATORY.
- Deadline is based on availability.
