Members of the Jamaican Diaspora, Dignitaries and friends of Jamaica gathered at Jamaica House in Birmingham during the 2022 Commonwealth Games to cheer on our athletes. Hosted by the Jamaica Tourist Board, in collaboration with the Ministry of Culture, Gender, Entertainment and Sport, Jamaica House was a special hospitality pop up which included watch parties, culinary delights and themed live musical entertainment. The celebrations also formed part of Jamaica’s global Jamaica60 initiatives to celebrate the island’s sixtieth anniversary of independence.
