Terms and Conditions

  1. The promoter is Beautiful Destinations, whose registered office is in New York, NY, USA.
  1. The competition is open to all residents of any country with no age restrictions except employees of Beautiful Destinations and Jamaica Tourist Board and their close relatives and anyone otherwise connected with the organization or judging of the competition.
  1. There is no entry fee and no purchase necessary to enter this competition.
  1. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  2. This competition will only run on Instagram.
  1. Only one entry will be accepted per person. Multiple entries from the same person will be disqualified.
  2. Dates for entry will be as follows. After these dates, no further entries to the competition will be accepted
    • Puzzle Pack JTB01: June 11 - June 17, 2020
    • Puzzle Pack JTB02: June 18 - June 24, 2020
    • Puzzle Pack JTB03: June 25 - July 1, 2020
    • Puzzle Pack JTB04: July 2 - July 8, 2020
    • Puzzle Pack JTB05: July 9 - July 15, 2020
  3. No responsibility can be accepted for entries not received for whatever reason.
  4. The rules of the competition and how to enter are as follows:

            i. Tune into @VisitJamaica Instagram Stories from June 11 - July 15, 2010 for continued updates on the                             competition.

                       a. Go to  https://www.instagram.com/visitjamaica/ and  click  on the JAMAICA profile picture to view a                               Instagram Story

            ii. How to enter:

    a. Based on the date, search that week’s Puzzle Pack code on the gif sticker function in your IG Story          as listed below:

  • JTB01: June 11 - June 17, 2020
  • JTB02: June 18 - June 24, 2020
  • JTB03: June 25 - July 1, 2020
  • JTB04: July 2 - July 8, 2020
  • JTB05: July 9 - July 15, 2020

                        b. Match the 5 puzzle pieces

                        c. Guess the location of the puzzle (by geotagging or writing text) and post your IG Story tagging                                     @VisitJamaica  

  • Entry will only be valid when posted through Instagram Story. Contestants do not get an additional entry through in-feed. Entry will not be valid through in-feed post.

                        d. There will be 25 total winners.

  • Each week, five random winners will be selected for that week’s Puzzle Pack, with a correct entry.
  • Entrants cannot be selected at random as a winner for multiple puzzle packs, only once.

iii. The promoter reserves the right to cancel or amend the competition and these terms and conditions without notice in the event of a catastrophe, war, civil or military disturbance, act of God or any actual or anticipated breach of any applicable law or regulation or any other event outside of the promoter’s control. Any changes to the competition will be notified to entrants as soon as possible by the promoter.

  1. The promoter is not responsible for inaccurate prize details supplied to any entrant by any third party connected with this competition.
  2. The prize is as follows: (1) Jamaica Vacation Box consisting  of (1) Chocolate Bar, (1) Bag  of Jamaican Coffee,  (1) Bottle of Jamaican Sauce, (1) Essential Oil Bottle  and (1) Candle. The prize is as stated and no cash or other alternatives will be offered. The prizes are not transferable. Prizes are subject to availability and we reserve the right to substitute any prize with another of equivalent value without giving notice.

i. Beautiful Destinations and Jamaica Tourist Board are not responsible for any issues that arise from consumption or usage of items included in the Vacation Box.

  1. Winners will be randomly selected amongst those who upload a post to their Instagram Story that shows the puzzle correctly put together, naming the location where the image was taken (via the Geotag feature or writing in text) and tagging  @VisitJamaica.
  2. The winners will be notified by Direct Message from @VisitJamaica on Instagram. If the winner cannot be contacted or does not claim the prize within 7 days of notification, we reserve the right to withdraw the prize from the winner and pick a replacement winner.

  3. The promoter will notify the winner when and where the prize will be delivered.
  4. The promoter’s decision in respect of all matters to do with the competition will be final.
  5. By entering this competition, an entrant is indicating his/her agreement to be bound by these terms and conditions.
  6. The competition and these terms and conditions will be governed by the United States law and any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the United States.
  7. The winner agrees to the use of his/her name and image in any publicity material, as well as their entry. Any personal data relating to the winner or any other entrants will be used solely in accordance with current US data protection legislation and will not be disclosed to a third party without the entrant’s prior consent.
  8. This promotion is in no way sponsored, endorsed or administered by, or associated with Instagram or any other Social Network. You are providing your information to Beautiful Destinations and The Jamaica Tourist Board and not to any other party.
