Montego Bay City Run

The annual Montego Bay (MoBay) City Run consists of a 5K Run/Walk and a 10k Run. The aim of the Run is to provide funding and scholarships to needy students from western Jamaica to access tertiary education.

The route takes runners through a scenic tour of historic Montego Bay starting at the Old Hospital Park on Gloucester Avenue, southwards past the old fort, City Centre and the St. James Library onto St. James Street. Runners will continue west along St. James Street, through Sam Sharpe Square and the Montego Bay Civic Centre. Portions of Barnett Street, Howard Cooke Boulevard, and Catherine Hall are also part on the route which ends at the start point of the Old Hospital Park.
