The Jamaica Tourist Board invites you to be our guest on a specially designated MICE Educational Update. The Trip will take you to the untouched South coast , where you will be hosted by the Sandals Whitehouse European Village & Spa for 2 nights (October 08 & 09) and then transferred to the Half Moon, elegantly set amidst 400 tropical acres in magical Montego Bay, for 2 nights (October 10 & 11).
The itinerary will visit our exclusive offerings for the MICE market, and your invitation includes complimentary hotel accommodations, ground transportation, and all meals as it relates to the itinerary. Air transportation will be the responsibility of each attendee.

Who Qualifies/Conditions:
- Corporate/Association/Incentive planner and/or decision makers with verifiable history
- Planners/decision makers with groups yielding a minimum of 50 room nights
- Planners/decision makers that are considering Jamaica, the Caribbean or a hot weather destination, and have open dates within 24 months of the event for which a site has not been selected.
- If you have not attended a Jamaica Marketplace or destination update in two (2) years
All applicants will be confirmed on a first come/first served basis. A completed qualification form must be submitted in order to be considered, or email: groups@visitjamaica-usa.com. Space is limited and only qualified planners will be accepted.

- We invite you to be our guest. Accommodations, food, beverage, ground transportation and attractions are complimentary. Airfare and all incidental charges are the individual’s responsibility
Entry:
U.S. Citizens travelling to and from Jamaica must present a valid passport when leaving and or re-entering the United States. Residents must present their alien resident card (Green Card) together with passport or country for which they hold citizenship. All visitors are required to travel with a return ticket or onward ticket for entry into Jamaica.
Canadian Citizens: Valid passport or a government-issued identification with photograph, along with an official birth certificate. Canadian residents must present a Canadian Permanent Card and a passport showing country of citizenship
