Seaside Terrace:
The Seaside Terrace offers breakfast, lunch and dinner with two buffet nights – Fridays the “Jamaica Night” and Mondays our renowned “Beach BBQ” laid out on our secluded beach.
The Restaurant (seasonal):
The Restaurant is our newest addition offering fine dining on a beautiful terrace overlooking the bay, open five evenings per week, reservations only and limited seating. Enjoy Private Dining either on your cottage terrace, on the beach or room service.
Coctail Bar:
The Cocktail Bar offers a late lunch menu or early dinners for children. Please contact our Food and Beverage department for more details and table reservation prior to your visit.

History
Originally opened in 1953, Round Hill was conceived by well-known Jamaican entrepreneur, John Pringle whose mother owned and operated the former Sunset Lodge Hotel in Montego Bay. The 110 acre peninsular was part of Lord Monson’s Round Hill Estate which was first a sugar plantation and subsequently changed over to coconuts and pimento (all-spice) which are still produced today.
Twenty-nine acres were subdivided with prominent American and European socialites invited to build "cottages" and invest in the hotel. Shareholders have included Noel Coward, Adele Astaire, Bill and Babe Paley, Prince & Princess Borghese, Lord and Lady Ednam, Mr. & Mrs. Oscar Hammerstein, the Marchioness of Dufferin and Ava, Mr. and Mrs. Henry Tiarks and Viscount and Viscountess Rothermere.
Original architecture was designed by William Ballard with decor by Guy Roop. Round Hill was the first resort of its kind in the Caribbean.
