Rundown: ‘Rundown” a dish – usually a sauce made of coconut milk, fish and seasoning has been given numerous names. The Dictionary of Jamaican English lists 36 jocular names including Dip and Fall Back, Assistant, Breadfruit remedy, Duck and Shake Back, Elbow Grease, Johnny Run Down, Dip and Shake off, Dipidens, Remedy, Round the Road Stew Down.
